I had the incredible honor of being invited to sing my song “Isaac Woodard’s Eyes” at the recent historical marker unveiling dedicated to Sgt. Woodard. The marker has been placed at the site of the old jail in Batesburg, SC, where Sgt. Woodard was tragically beaten and blinded.
